At Chic Fab, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return policy for items fulfilled by Printify.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help. You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item has been damaged in transit or arrived defective.

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when submitting a request.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong size, color, design, or product), we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order with your order number and pictures of the incorrect product.

Returns and Exchanges

Since all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only allowed within the first 24 hours after placing your order. After this window, the fulfillment process begins, and cancellations will not be possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We cannot fulfill your order for any reason. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after being processed.

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

We’ll respond within 2-3 business days to resolve the matter.
